RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. However, Storage Treazure may accept returns under limited circumstances as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers must notify Storage Treazure within 5 business days of delivery if they wish to request a return.

Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer service team for approval and return instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within the approved return timeframe.

The item must be in the same state and condition as when it was shipped.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and materials, when applicable.

Items returned in a condition different from when shipped may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to an error made by Storage Treazure.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Storage Treazure is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Storage Treazure will determine whether the return meets the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Storage Treazure.

SHIPPING POLICY

Storage Treazure is committed to processing and shipping orders efficiently while providing reliable delivery options.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will ship on the following business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will ship on the second business day following the order date.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and shipping carrier closures.

Shipping Rates

Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free basic USPS Ground shipping.

Orders totaling under $50.00 will be charged a standard shipping fee of $9.99.

Expedited shipping options are available through UPS and FedEx at an additional cost. Available expedited shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and circumstances outside of Storage Treazure's control.

Once an order has shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Storage Treazure is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.
